By using Invoicebus ("Service") of IZEOS DOOEL ("IZEOS", "we", "us", "our" and terms of similar meaning), you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms Of Service").

You are advised to check the Terms Of Service from time to time for any updates or changes that may impact you. IZEOS reserves the right to update and modify the Terms Of Service or any policy or guideline applicable to the Service at any time without notice.

New features that may be added to the Service shall be subject to the Terms Of Service. Should you continue to use the Service after any such modifications have been made, this shall constitute your agreement to such modifications.

The Terms Of Service will always show the "Last Updated" date at the top. If you do not agree with these Terms Of Service in their entirety, you may not use the Service. Violation of any part of the Terms Of Service will result in termination of your account.

1. Account Terms

  • You must be 13 years or older to use this Service.
  • You must provide a valid email address in order to complete the signup process. During payment you may need to supply your full name, and other billing information as prompted for successful payment transaction.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the privacy and security of your account. We will not be held liable for any damage or loss that may result from your failure to protect your login information, including your password.
  • One person may not maintain more than one account.
  • Each person is responsible for the content they generate. IZEOS takes no responsibility for user generated content.

2. Payment and Access

  • 2Checkout.com, Inc. is an authorized retailer of Service provided by IZEOS.
  • A valid credit/debit card is required for paying accounts. We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners, JCB, PayPal and debit cards with the Visa and MasterCard logo. A credit/debit card is not required to create or use a trial account.
  • We will charge you a standard recurring fee based on your account type. The Service is billed in advance monthly, annually, or biennially, and comes with a 365-day double-money-back guarantee. See our Refund Policy for more information.
  • Should you upgrade or downgrade your account type, your credit/debit card will be charged the new billing rate immediately. Your credit/debit card will then be charged the new billing rate every month (year, 2 years) thereafter unless you cancel your account.
  • All fees are exclusive of all taxes or duties imposed by governing authorities. You alone are responsible for payment of all such taxes or duties.

3. Modifications to the Service and Fees

  • IZEOS reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time for any reason with or without notice.
  • We reserve the right to change our fees. If we change them, we will give you at least 30 days advance notice.

4. Cancellation and Termination

  • You alone are responsible for the proper cancellation of your account with Invoicebus.
  • After successful cancellation your account will be queued for deletion, and you cannot use it in the future, however you can use the same email address to register new account at Invoicebus. This information cannot be recovered once your account is cancelled. Please take a look at to our Privacy Policy on information how we handle the data from canceled accounts.
  • You can cancel at any time, but you will remain liable for all charges accrued up to that time, including full due charges for the current billing period when you discontinued the Service. After that you will not be charged again. See our Refund Policy for more information.
  • IZEOS reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate your account at any time for any reason without notice or refund. We also reserve the right to delete all Content associated with your account.
  • IZEOS may refuse Service to anyone for any reason at any time.

5. Account Upgrade and Downgrade

  • The number of clients earned by referrals will remain the same, regardless if you upgrade or downgrade your account.
  • If you downgrade your account all excessive clients will be moved to trash by random order. You can selectively restore them back within 15 days. E.g., if you have Single-decker account with 40 clients (of maximum 50), and you downgrade to Minibus with maximum of 15 clients, 25 of you clients will be moved to trash.

6. Privacy Policy

  • By using the Service you agree to our use, collection and disclosure of personally identifiable information in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information.

7. Copyright and Ownership

  • IZEOS or its suppliers own the intellectual property rights to any and all protectable components of the Service, including but not limited to the name of the Service, artwork and end-user interface elements contained within the Service, many of the individual features, and the related documentation such as the name Invoicebus, invoicebus.com, Invoicebus logo, and all other trademarks, service marks, graphics and logos used in connection with Invoicebus. You may not copy, modify, adapt, reproduce, distribute, reverse engineer, decompile, or dissemble any aspect of the Service which IZEOS or its suppliers own. Other trademarks and brands not associated with IZEOS or Invoicebus (Rackspace, 2CO, Facebook, Twitter, etc.) are property of their respective owners.
  • IZEOS claims no intellectual property rights over the Content you upload or provide to the Service. However, by using the Service to send content, you agree that others may view and share your Content.
  • IZEOS does not pre-screen any Content but reserves the right to remove Content at any time without notice.

8. General Conditions

  • Your use of the Service, including any content, information or functionality contained within it, is provided "as is" and "as available" with no representations or warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied, including but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. You assume total responsibility and risk for your use of this Service.
  • You agree not to resell, lease, duplicate, reproduce or exploit any part of the Service without the express written permission of IZEOS.
  • You may not use the Service to store, host, or send unsolicited email (spam).
  • You may not explore and exploit any errors, flaws, mistakes, failures, faults or security issues within the Service, and the same must be reported immediately at .
  • Though we reserve the right to do so, IZEOS has no obligation to remove Content or accounts containing inappropriate, unlawful, or any otherwise damaging information.
  • You understand that the Service can be used for transmission of your Content, and that during processing, your Content, including client names, item names, other personal and non-personal details, and account information may be transferred unencrypted over the internet.   • You may not use the Service to transmit any viruses, worms, or malicious content.
  • IZEOS makes no warranties regarding (i) your ability to use the Service, (ii) your satisfaction with the Service, (iii) that the Service will be available at all times, uninterrupted, and error-free, (iv) the accuracy of mathematical calculations performed by the Service, and (v) that software or hardware bugs or errors in the Service will be corrected.
  • IZEOS, its affiliates and its sponsors are neither responsible nor liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, or other damages arising out of or relating in any way to your use or inability to use the Service. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Service is to stop using the Service.
  • If any provision of the Terms Of Service is held invalid or otherwise unenforceable, the enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be impaired thereby.
  • The failure of IZEOS to exercise any right provided for herein shall not be deemed a waiver of any right hereunder. The Terms Of Service sets forth the entire understanding between you and IZEOS as to the Service and supersedes any prior agreements between you and IZEOS (including, but not limited to, prior versions of the Terms Of Service).
  • You shall defend, indemnify and hold harmless IZEOS and its subsidiaries, affiliates, shareholders, officers, directors, agents, employees and representatives from any loss, damages, liabilities, costs, expenses, claims and proceedings arising out of your use of the Service. This indemnification obligation will survive the termination of your Invoicebus account or these Terms Of Service.
  • These Terms Of Service, as well as any other documents and policies relating to this Terms Of Service, have been and shall be written in the English language only.
