Refund Policy

Invoicebus is prepaid in advance on a monthly, annually or biennially basis and comes with a 365-day double-money-back guarantee. If at any time in the first 365 days you feel that we did not live up to our promises and you choose to leave us, we'll pay you back DOUBLE what you've paid us up to the point when you cancel.

How the Guarantee works:

  • - You signup with us, kick the tires and purchase one of our paying plans.
  • - You decide Invoicebus is not for you.
  • - You cancel your account with us within the first 365 days.
  • - You claim your Double Money Back Guarantee.

All first time purchases qualify for this double your money guarantee.

Days of trial usage are counted towards 365-day period.

If we choose to terminate an account for any reason (e.g. spam, illegal content) then that customer will not qualify for the guarantee.

Any referral or promotional discounts claimed will be deducted from the per month product value for the period applicable.

Claiming the refund will result in immediate and full cancellation of the account, if not already cancelled by the customer.

There will be no refunds or credits for partial months of Invoicebus after the 365-day money-back period and no refunds for periods in which Invoicebus has not been used.

If you purchase a paying plan and do not cancel it before the expiration of the current billing period, you will be charged again on the day of your initial purchase, and so forth until your account is cancelled.

If you cancel your account prior to the credit/debit card processing of the next payment, your credit/debit card will not be charged. This Refund Policy is incorporated into and subject to our Terms Of Service.

1. How to upgrade/downgrade my account?

  • To upgrade or downgrade your account you must be logged in to Invoicebus. Then, click the “Upgrade” link located at the top of the screen, and follow the on-screen instructions. For more details see "Account Upgrade and Downgrade" section of our Terms Of Service.

2. How do I cancel my account?

  • You need to be logged in to Invoicebus to cancel your account. You can cancel your account simply by clicking the "Settings" link at the top of the screen, then under the "Account Settings" section click the "Cancel My Account" link and follow the on-screen instructions. For more details see "Cancellation and Termination" section of our Terms Of Service and Privacy Policy. If you cancel your account before the end of your current billing cycle, your cancellation will take effect immediately and you won't be charged again.
